                                                                    Game Day Information

Parking & Team Buses

Visiting team buses should enter campus from Jefferson Street. Bus parking locations vary by athletic facility and event. Coaches should follow the event-specific instructions provided by the Shadow Hills Athletic Department prior to competition.

Team Entrance & Locker Rooms

Visiting team entrance and locker room availability vary by sport and facility. Locker rooms are available for select events. Visiting coaches should confirm locker room arrangements with the Shadow Hills Athletic Department prior to arrival.

Tickets & Admission

Shadow Hills Athletics uses GoFan digital ticketing for ticketed athletic events. Cash is not accepted at the gate. Spectators are encouraged to purchase tickets in advance or be prepared to purchase tickets electronically upon arrival.

Athletic Training & Medical

Medical coverage and athletic training services vary by sport and event. Visiting teams should travel with their own medical supplies and any necessary emergency medications.
When medical personnel are available, they will assist visiting student-athletes as appropriate. Visiting coaches should communicate any special medical needs or accommodations to the Shadow Hills Athletic Department prior to competition.
In the event of a medical emergency, Shadow Hills staff will activate the school’s Emergency Action Plan and contact emergency medical services when necessary.

Concessions

Concessions are available at most ticketed home athletic events. Availability and locations may vary by sport and event.

Spectator Information

Spectators are expected to demonstrate good sportsmanship and comply with Shadow Hills High School, Desert Sands Unified School District, and CIF Southern Section expectations while attending athletic events.

 

                                                                 Facility-Specific Information

Shadow Hills Stadium
Football, track & field, and other stadium events are held at Shadow Hills Stadium. Visiting teams should use the designated visitor-side entrance. Bus parking and team access instructions will be provided to visiting schools prior to the event.

Main Gymnasium
Basketball, volleyball, wrestling, and other indoor events are held in the Shadow Hills Main Gymnasium. Visiting teams should enter through the designated team entrance and follow directions provided by event staff.

Aquatics Center
Swimming, diving, and water polo events are held at the Shadow Hills Aquatics Center. Visiting teams should enter through the pool facility entrance and follow posted or event-specific instructions.

Baseball & Softball Complexes
Baseball and softball teams should proceed directly to their respective competition facilities. Team bus and equipment-drop locations may vary and will be communicated when necessary.

Tennis Courts
Tennis matches are held at the Shadow Hills tennis courts. Visiting teams should proceed directly to the tennis facility unless otherwise instructed.
